Job Board Delivery Status
Our new Job Board Delivery Status feature allows customers (those with admin privileges) to view the status of their job board deliveries in real-time. This includes a live link to the published job when supported by the job board. The goal behind the changes are giving customers better insight into the current stage of job transmission while reducing dependency on support for simple questions like “why isn’t my job posted to Seek?” or “when was my job delivered to LinkedIn?”

Navigating to the board status section is no different than today. Once inside the selected job requisition (Admin Reporting > Job Search), the top of the page will display all of the selected boards for that job, which are now color-coded with new (more descriptive) Delivery Status values and a full timestamp indicating the time of delivery to the board (“Posted” column).
Delivery Status and Color Coding
| Color | Delivery Status | Description |
| Green | DELIVERED/CONFIRMED | Indicates that the job posting has been “Delivered” to the board, or is “Confirmed”. |
| Yellow | PENDING | Indicates that the job posting is still being processed by eQuest and/or the job board. |
| Red | DEFERRED | Indicates that the job posting errored at the board (e.g. no available inventory). |
Delivery Confirmation (“Confirmed” Delivery Status)
A Delivery Status of “Confirmed” indicates that eQuest has detected candidate activity for that posting (e.g. a click on the “apply” button) or eQuest has received the live-link to the job on the board. Both are thus confirming the presence of the job on the board.
Live Link (eyeball icon)
When the eyeball icon is visible in the final column, this indicates there is a live link to the posting on the job board. Clicking the icon will bring admins to the job on the board.
