A user cannot select one or more job board buttons on the Select Destinations page (Step 2).
Various button states:
1. Selectable — no issues, users can select the job board. When you see the callout icon, hover over to see notes that relate to that board option.
2. Job Board option locked — hover over the lock icon or "Details" to see why the board has been locked. In most cases eQuest support and or the admin has locked the board due to board-related issues.
3. Inventory issue flag — hover over "Details" to see flag details. This flag means the inventory field in your eQuest admin portal has a zero balance. Please contact your system admin to update board inventory.
If none of these seem to apply, please have your admin file a ticket in our support portal.
