Undesirable formatting on job posting is often caused by copying and pasting from Microsoft Word.
To reduce the likelihood of these formatting issues, it's best to create your posting in a simple text editor such as Notepad (Windows) or TextEdit/SimpleText (Mac), and then copy and paste the text into the job creation area in your ATS.
If this does not resolve the issue, please consult with your ATS support team for assistance on reviewing the HTML formatting - edits/changes must be made within your ATS.
Once the source of the formatting issues have been addressed, send an update to the eQuest system. The update will be pushed to the job board(s) on the next scheduled delivery.
