Three additional failed attempts (beginning with the first CAPTCHA prompt) will result in the admin account locking for 10 minutes.
Every subsequent failed attempt will lock the account for 10 additional minutes.
Resetting Password
Click Reset Password on the admin login screen (https://admin.equest.com) to reset it.

Your admin username and email address are required for the reset. If you're unsure about either value, contact the eQuest admin for your company.
