After 5 failed login attempts, an account will lock for 10 minutes.
Every subsequent failed attempt locks the account for an additional 10 minutes.
During Job Posting
If the issue is occurring during job posting, check with your ATS to determine if the login information being passed to eQuest matches what was set up inside of eQuest.
Your eQuest administrator may need to update the password (which must be configured in the ATS).
Note that the username and password must match in both systems and is case sensitive.
When Accessing the Admin Portal
If the issue is occurring when trying to access the Administration portal, try resetting your password. If that doesn't work, contact eQuest support for assistance.
